Flex pop-up are coming blank #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open any flex pop-up by using the PopUpManager.addPopUp
2.pop-up window will be blank
3.if pop-up window is resized data is getting displayed.
4.This issue was not happening with Google Chrome 11.0.696.65 version.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No data displayed on pop-up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Chrome 13.0.782.112 windows

Please provide any additional information below.
