3.3 new install on 3.8.5 #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. facebook bridge does not load when trying to login, facebook connect
button does not load.
2. does not work/load/show in the User CP

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
vBulletin 3.8.5, Bridge 3.3, New Install

Please provide any additional information below.
There is something wrong with 3.3, please fix this, it doesnt even work in
your vb38 demo either.
