No facebook connect button when loading options in user CP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going to User CP > Facebook bridge options.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
YOur youtube video shows at this point we should see a facebook connect
button. I see nothing other than the standard text of "You haven't
established connection to any Facebook Account. Please click the "Connect
with Facebook" button and grant Facebook's permission. After seeing your
name and avatar, please click "Save Changes" to complete the connecting
procedure..." followed by no button

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3 on vb 3.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I have no other information other than my forum address.

It may be a little late and now I see now Facebook Connect button. Hmm, but 
please verify if you uploaded all the files and your browser has javascript 
enabled?

Hello,

Yes, the same thing happens in IE and firefox and javascript is enabled. All 
files were uploaded as per the instructions.

Perhaps I am missing something but where did you see the facebook connect 
button as I had disabled the plugin while this problem is fixed?
