Connection Established - Not Permitted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when i go to facebook settings in usercp, and connect it, it stuck here

 We need Facebook Permissions to the magic, below is the permissions list.
You can grant any "Not Permitted" permission by clicking the status

    * Connection Established - Not Permitted

when i'm pressing the Not Permitted, it just refresh my avatar and my Name..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using 3.3 and Win7

try to use internet explorer this mods seems not work with mozilla and google 
chrome.

Normally, there will be a blue "Connect with Facebook" button. After clicking 
it, it will ask you for permission and then you have to click Save Changes to 
proceed

If you see the line "Connection Established - Not Permitted", it look like you 
have connected the Facebook account before and now you are testing un-connect 
it, right? So please click the link "Disconnect Facebook from ..." to 
un-connect.

If you have any other problem, please continue this issue. I temporary mark it 
as WontFix (you may reassign if you want). Thank you for your time
