Problem connecting to FB #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into vbulletin
2. Select "Settings"
3. Under Blog - Options user is asked to "Connect with Facebook" selecting
tab pops up window with following:

API Error Code: 100
API Error Description: Invalid parameter
Error Message: next is not owned by the application.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

  On the demo the pop up has a from/to graphic for connecting with FB

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

   VB4 on Centos 5.4 with Php5, etc

Please provide any additional information below.

Please verify if you entered the incorrect secret key
Also check to make sure you disable the sandbox mode
