- temporary use "@daostack/upgrades": "2.8.0-rc.0" to support OZ proxy contracts for solidity 6.0 . once OZ will have the proxy contracts support for solc 6.0 it will be updated. https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts/issues/2207
