Both of them are good for me. So maybe go by your recommendation and popularity and use the first

[ ] The default size (when having more than three emoji without text or one emoji with text) should be 50% bigger than what we have now.
[ ] If there are two-three emoji without text it should be bigger, by 30% than the default.
[ ] When there's a single emoji without text, it should be even bigger, you can measure in whatsapp how much (maybe 50% bigger than regular size)
