Extraneous "a" in Whitepaper #9

In the first sentence after the "The fractal federal-governance mode of a DAO." figure, reads "...agency with a a few agents..."

There is also an extraneous "the" under "DAOStack voting system".

"...as well as the one the the DAOStack organization itself..."
