The documentation needs to be generally brought up to spec with the Arc and Arc.js repos.
This includes stuff like license, contributing and other sections.
Also includes adding more information about the application itself, such as the architecture and general guidelines for coding.
Perhaps also a section about hosting, how to deploy?
