Token periodically releasing smart contract #2

We are looking for smart contract to control token periodically releasing For example, for user1 there are 1000 token called ABC:

There are multiple users, different users has different release plan based on the time they receive the token.

I would love to handle this for you guys! I'd use a modified Openzepplin ERC20, checking block number in class to verify time has massed before minting the tokens to specified address(es? I can just use an array of payable addresses) you want to release the supply. Maximum token supply can be specified with advanced ERC20 contract, so using that you can ensure that mint doesn't create more tokens than it should. 3) naps62 has applied to start work _(Funders only: approve worker | reject worker)_.

The concept of time is a bit different on block chain. I am planning to provide you the options for both eager and lazy way.
