Edit natonality in Config #6

It seems like Youtube differs from standard on nationality codes, however
in config there is no setting for SE which should be swedish.

The language setting is currently only informational. Meaning it is used to 
sort the 
sites by their language and this is displayed when sites are shown in listview 
on 
the right side.
So setting it does not use localized content inside Youtube anyway :) (but it 
should 
in the future so I'd call it a todo feature)

With the release of 0.19, it is possible to localize YOuTube queries. This will 
be 
done automatically according to your language setting in MediaPortal. There is 
a 
user config option (default to not do localized queries.)
