Will reopen this (sorry!).. if there was a resolution or response to this relayed thru the PIPS GC i mustve missed it. But another concern on "relinking" is: what if we have to relink a PAP that has been handled by two different offices?
Example: the PAP on "Intensified Community-Based Dairy Enterprise Development". Last year, this was encoded and submitted by NDA. This year, they tagged this profile (with PIPOL #: 2020-05001-000142) for "dropping" stating that another office (PCAF) will be in charge with its updating:
PCAF has duly created a "new" profile for this project in their own PIPS account.
I'm assuming this is the case where a relinking should be done.. however, when I tried to relink the newly created profile created by PCAF to the old one from NDA, I am unable to proceed...

Tried to relink the newly created/ FY 2023-created PAP titled, "Agriculture and Fisheries Regulatory Support Program" to the "FY 2022" version. Upon clicking Save, there was a message in green that cropped up on the bottom of the page (unfortunately i was unable to save a screenshot).
When I clicked the "Update PIPOL" for the FY 2023 version, there is still no PIPOL code indicated/ linked.
When I clicked the old/ FY 2022 version, it still has the PIPOL code:
When I also clicked the action buttons for the FY 2023 version to attempt again the relink action, there is no longer an option to "Relink".
