Document state and cache options #573

These are missing from the reader atm.

These were being undermentioned as --cache is still a little flaky I think. For example, the block variables like timestamp are not stored in the cache and the git storage for both cache and state is somewhat unintuitive. Once these issues are resolved we could document these more widely. Alternately we can document them as-is, but with an experimental warning.
