watermark buisness logic changes

Cases:

Paid User
- All Dashboard of his Own shouldn't show watermark
- All Charts of his own shouldn't show watermark
- All Other dashboard Created By free User should show watermark
- All other dashboard created By Paid User shouldn't show watermark
- No watermark will be shown while creating chart from Table
- No watermark will be shown after saving the chart
- No watermark will be shown while adding chart to his Dashboard
- Watermark will be shown when paid User add charts to a Free User dashboard
- No Watermark will be shown when paid User add charts to a Another Paid User dashboard
- SQL editor should work as expected (No watermark)
- Summerize should work as expected (No watermark)
Free User
- All Dashboard of his Own should show watermark
- All chart of his Own should show watermark
- All Other dashboard Created By free User should show watermark
- All other dashboard created By Paid User shouldn't show watermark
- watermark will be shown while creating chart from Table
- watermark will be shown after saving the chart
- watermark will be shown while adding chart to his Dashboard
- Watermark will be shown when Free User add charts to a Free User dashboard
