Seems like Helios doesn't actually solve the RPC censorship problem of Tornado - https://twitter.com/0xdev0/status/1556933551073153024. And it doesn't implement access lists, damn it.

To do - investigate who is building succinct proofs of ethereum consensus state, since BLS curves are ZK-friendly curves (chat to marcello abt this too).
