After failure reboot #501

BIOS configuration of Intel NUCs allow to set up the desired behavior after power failure. It would be great to select option "Last state" after power failure by default, so that users know their DAppNode will be rebooted in case this happens.

Is it ok to try setting this by default when installing Dappnode via ISO? I assume we should not set it for script installation
