Updated Debian version #524

Updated Debian version. This fixes the problem that some NUC 11s come with a different network chipset (i225-V instead of i225-LM), which causes the network card not to be detected.

@dsimog01 does the script installer handle NUC12s yet? Also now that the 13th gen intel is out well need to prep for what changes that may bring. Though from first glance the components are very similar save for the newer processors.

The PR is created, but is not merged yet, because it is not recommendable to do the package upgrades from backports, so it is on hold.
