Migrate from `docker-compose` to `docker compose`

The compose is no longer a plugin of docker but a native command supported by docker. Migrate the usage of compose in:

• [ ] Sdk
• [ ] Installer
  • [ ] Host scripts
  • [ ] ?

Consider using an alias command to avoid breaking functionalities
