Describe the bug
When the "h" character is not provided in the "REPROVIDER_INTERVAL" field for the config values, the IPFS package continually attempts to restart, causing it's unavailability.
To Reproduce
Go to Packages -> System Packages -> IPFS -> Config
Change "REPROVIDER_INTERVAL" to a integer only (eg: "12" instead of default value "12h")
Observe results.
Expected behavior
Either error message explaining invalid input, or automatic formatting to "h" at the end
