We should support custom configuration although it may affect resilience, @dsimog01 @3alpha thoughts?

The HTTP_ENGINE configuration is offered in the package UI and shouldn't be overridden with a fixed value in the entrypoint. If worried about users having a wrong value for this variable, you can set up a new configuration for using a custom execution client.

Sadly I'm going to decommission my validator due to this change, I don't have more disk space to run the execution client on the same box.
