Synchronization failure with v2021.02.04

Describe the bug

A problem with the state trie appears to be causing a problem with turbo-geth v2021.02.04. @MysticRyuujin confirmed the problem in turbo-geth's Discord in the conversation starting here.

Bug is reported to be fixed in upstream https://github.com/ledgerwatch/turbo-geth/pull/1549

To Reproduce

1. Install latest released DNP
2. Upgrade to the IPFS hash listed in https://github.com/dappnode/DAppNodePackage-turbo-geth/pull/2
3. See synchronization fail at stage (7/14)

Expected behavior

Node should sync completely.

I have published a dappnode package using UPSTREAM_VERSION=master. See https://github.com/gnidan/DAppNodePackage-turbo-geth/commit/8f478696a52a1740f7bcfba6369a5df1e628fdd4 for information.

Once the necessary state migration finishes ("a few hours" according to @MysticRyuujin), I will confirm whether or not this fixes the problem for me.
