Missing avatar in package list for IPFS installed packages #354

The UI tries to find the avatar in the directory, where the IPFS package name is /ipfs/Qmasjdbkhabk... instead of yourdnp.dnp.dappnode.eth. Fix getPackagesAvatars function in build/src/src/pages/packages/selectors.js
