Add manifold and aestus mainnet relays

• Adding manifold and aestus relays, as these are the last 2 relays whitelisted by lido not implemented already in dappnode's stakers UI. Both are NOT OFAC compliant relays. Specified here: https://github.com/eth-educators/ethstaker-guides/blob/main/MEV-relay-list.md

• Changed bloxroute (max-profit) to be OFAC compliant, as it is since Dec 2023: https://x.com/bloXrouteLabs/status/1736819783520092357
