When adding a new peer, add two config files:

If PR success, todo:

[x] Serve both files in the wireguard API
[x] Implement dappmanager PR to serve both files: https://github.com/dappnode/DNP_DAPPMANAGER/pull/777
[x] Serve both config files in the installer: access_credentials.sh script
