Create JavaScript files to show local and remote credentials

As is done in the OenVPn package, there should be implemented a script that executed the code insides the createLocalConfig.ts file. This script should be linked to a command in the installer to retrieve local credentials.

• Take as example the openvpn implementation: https://github.com/dappnode/DNP_VPN/blob/master/build/src/src/getAdminCredentials.ts
• Code to be executed inside the createLocalConfig.ts
• Make script executable in the dockerfile as is done in the openvpn package: https://github.com/dappnode/DNP_VPN/blob/c3697e991eb74268f8180d08b04f2e7e07e817bb/Dockerfile#L128
• Find default credentials for wireguard to serve

Once done, implement in the installer: https://github.com/dappnode/DAppNode_Installer/pull/150
