Add HOSTNAME global env #35

In order to improve package resilience and guarantee VPN access, here we add HOSTNAME as a global env so that we do not need to fetch it from the Dappmanager API. Also, in the case this domain changes, the wireguard package will be restarted with the new value

I have built the package and tested it locally and it worked fine
