Currently, It is shown Riot as the platform to redirect users. This option should be changed to Discord, the new platform.

The change to be implemented seems to be located at dappnode-discourse-theme/common/footer.html

@tropicar We should modify the bottom right links to point to Discord with the discord logo and review other dead or useless links
