Admin - Wallets #408

To decide re Wallets interface for Admin section.

We probably don't need this for now.

Thoughts: Display main App wallet balance and link to Explorer with its transactions in the Applications screen. Manual App wallet control? Probably not needed for now. Can have group control / DAO features later, but could be via bots / other interfaces, doesn't have to be in Admin.

No need in wallets UI for now.

Normal user wallets features are implemented in mobile and web app profiles / chat UI.

App/DAO don't need any web UI at the moment.
