Goal: Introduce the changes to improve the UI/UX of the Apps tab

Affected metric:

UI/UX enhancements
Ease of data understanding / handling

Description: Implement the changes according to the list below:

Numbers should be written with dividers, instead of 3177 +1204 should be 3,177 +1,204
When stretching to wider window, “seen” date moves right and loses alignment with “created” date
Email and “seen” are right aligned, but they should be left aligned in their respective columns
