No Podman Containers after OS Reboot

CLI version: 1.10.0 
Runtime version: 1.10.7
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

I installed dapr with podman runtime, and it works. When I reboot the system all podman containers stay stopped/exited and need to launch them manually, with Docker there is no need for such intervention.

I assume this is not intended behavior
