Wrong Dapr runtime version on About menu

Expected Behavior

Dapr runtime version displayed in About menu should match the runtime version installed

Actual Behavior

It shoes the Dashboard version instead

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Click on the About icon: The little "i" icon.
