What content needs to be created or modified?

There is no instructions on how to setup Dapr on AWS EKS. Please make a note that dapr control plane does not work in Fargate nodes

Please provide instructions on how to setup Dapr on AWS EKS with notes about what is (and is not) supported.

Where should the new material be placed?

Here: Deploy Dapr on a Kubernetes cluster
