Removed non-existent project PublishSubscribe, correct path of the Dapr.Actors.Generators project.

Description

Removed non-existent project PublishSubscribe because it was split into two projects in the Client/PublishSubscribe folder , correct path of the Dapr.Actors.Generators project physically located inside the /src folder but in the solution it was in the examples/GeneratedActor folder.
