Update to Dapr 1.7.4 #6

Dapr Runtime was updated to v1.7.4 https://github.com/dapr/dapr/releases/tag/v1.7.4 Please update the installer-bundle. When can I test this https://github.com/dapr/installer-bundle/issues/4#issuecomment-1093324448
