Build fails

The reason why this update fails is because the line-protocol-parser package does not yet provide binary wheel packages for Python 3.12 on PyPI. So, it would need a compiler, but the Docker environment does not provide one.

12.94 error: command 'gcc' failed: No such file or directory
12.94 [end of output]
12.95 Failed to build line-protocol-parser
12.95 ERROR: Could not build wheels for line-protocol-parser, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects
