Problem when using unicode characters in channel name or field name #96

From the backlog at [1], it is from 2017 already.

Problem when using unicode characters like "Niederkrüchten-Overhetfeld" or field names like "Temperatur außen".

exceptions.UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xdf' in position 13: ordinal not in range(128)
