Remove fontenc for lualatex/xelatex, fix docs #190

Remove fontenc from tikzUnicodeMetricPackages (According to the lualatex docs, it shouldn't be there)
Remove mention of xunicode from the docs; the package wasn't loaded since https://github.com/daqana/tikzDevice/commit/44a8ca11d3bc1ecb46a31e2436f0b7e1e50c61a1
Clarify lwdUnit compatibility

Tests aren't passing, but that was true before I made these changes.

Thanks for the contribution. Looks reasonable at first sight. Do you have a test case where using fontenc.sty together with LuaTeX (or XeTeX) causes problems?

Good question. People swear up and down that fontenc is incompatible, but I haven't actually seen an example.
