Streaming Frequency Value Update Between Disconnects #30

A device's streaming rate remains as previously set after disconnect/reconnect.

To reproduce: Connect to device (USB was tested), configure streaming to 100Hz. Disconnect and reconnect device. Streaming frequency still shows 100Hz. Add channels and stream. Streaming occurs at 1Hz - not 100Hz.
