No audio output from DJV #441

hey there,

I really love djv but somehow I can't get the audio output to work and I can't find any menus for changing the output or other audio related settings. So it's quite like fishing in the dark. Could be also a windows problem, but all my other apps are working like they should.

I tested multiple videos and non of them generated an audio output. In the volume mixer DJV doesn't shows up as an output source.

Hi, I'm currently working on improving the audio support and hope to have a much better implementation in the next version.
