Please release new version #485

Is there a change to release a new version of the project?

Hi, unfortunately I have not had time to work on DJV recently, but I do have a new project called tlRender that is being used by other playback software: https://github.com/darbyjohnston/tlRender

It fixes most of the playback issues that exist in the current version of DJV, including caching movies, multi-track audio, and A/B comparison. If you would like to try it out, check out: https://www.ftrack.com/en/cinesync/download-cinesync-5 https://github.com/ggarra13/mrv2

Or if you don't mind compiling code, tlRender also comes with an example playback application called "tlplay".
