Frame Count innacurate with Variable Frame Rate Video #488

I've encountered an issue when trying to load in Variable framerate Video. For example A vidoe I'm working with reports These values in Mediainfo:

Frame rate mode                    : Variable
Frame rate                               : 26.208
Original frame rate                 : 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS
Frame count                              : 37116

However DVJ reports a estimated framerate of 30.30 with 42916 frames.
