UI not rendering correctly (black boxes, flickering) v2.0.8

I've installed v2.0.8 on a Windows 11 machine (from the Sourceforge EXE download), but half of the screen is not rendering correctly. Here's what I see:

The borders of the black boxes are flickering. I can click into menus, and otherwise normally use the program, but I can't see very much, so it's no use.

I don't know what kind of info to provide, but here is a screenshot of my system info:

I've also tried:

• Reinstalling the software
• Running the standalone ZIP version
• Running the software in compatibility mode for win7 and win8

Any ideas? Thank you.
