[x] Model the coherency protocol correctly: CoreTile, Sliced L3 with home nodes.
[x] Model the Tile interconnect as a pt2pt network between L3 routers, directories, memory controllers.
[x] Model the Tile interconnect as a mesh.

Still need to figure out where memory controllers and dma_controllers go (not logically, rather topologically)
