Warnings:

Non-prototypes: changed foo(); to foo(void);
Added a few missing prototypes
Added “static” for internal fns not used outside their source file
Added explicit integer downcasts, upgraded a few ints to size_t
Commented out an unused variable
Fixed unchecked error status in nyoci_plat_join_standard_groups()
Fixed runtime warnings, when ending transactions in nyocictl

Bug-fix:

Variable toport was used uninitialized in some code paths in nyoci_outbound_set_uri() [Fixes #2]

Added an Xcode project (in a subdirectory). Currently builds for macOS, but it'd be easy to add iOS support.
