Add Breadcrumb #10

The navigation would be easier if a breadcrumb was above of the files list. Like on GitHub.

On the demo, only the second example's breadcrumbs work. The other two; repo.js and the specific html5-boilerplate embed, hides the repo box when you click on the breadcrumbs
