Issue is straight-forward.

Example Directory/Repository Names:

"Java Script" Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'clientHeight' of undefined Repo.js:56
- "C & C++" Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #repo_split_C & C++ jquery.js:1427

Thanks for posting this. I can confirm this issue as well. Escaping the name of the repository will get past this error, but it still causes display problems.
