S4 memory requriements? #7

How much memory do I need to run the S4 R script with a 70GB input file? The reading in of the file seems to be running out my RAM, or the foreach/doParallel stuff. Not sure really.

I'm getting memory access problems with foreach part of the S4 Rscript. Did you figure out the issue?
