Add a license #2

It's a good practice to license all of the code that you publish online. Following GitHub's guide on how to license a repository, we can use the site https://choosealicense.com/ to select an appropriate ope-source software license and then add a LICENSE file to the root directory, to indicate under what conditions the code/the plugin can be reused.

Because we are no longer just developing a plugin, but rather forking and editing the app's original source code, our changes will be considered a "derivative work" and we have to follow the GNU General Public License of the project. So we can't really get the liberty of choosing our own license anymore.
