Change README.md from gradientOpacity to opacity #4

It looks like the README.md file lists gradientOpacity as a config item, but "opacity" is referenced in the code at https://github.com/darickc/MMM-BackgroundSlideshow/blob/master/MMM-BackgroundSlideshow.js#L97

Opacity was in the code, but it was gradientOpacity in the config. So it was an error in the code. I just removed the opacity all together since the opacity is controlled by the gradient. Sorry it took so long to get back and thanks for looking into this.
