Contour plots look good now, however I am getting odd results for the acceleration plots. But this might be because I am testing with an old model. They look like this

Could you check if the axes are wrong there too? I am confused :)

Also, I took the liberty to adjust the visualization notebook to be compatible with our fixed plots

Had a look to the code of that plot. At first sight seems in order. What exactly is bothering you on the above plots?

The corresponding contour plots looks different for the same views I think. I mean the X-Y looks at least 90° rotated, no? And Y-Z and X-Z are switched?
